Describe the two most interesting or unusual chapter activities this year:

Our 2007 Induction Ceremony and Banquet Dinner included a mathematical presentation titled "Mathematical Morsels: A Peek into the World of the Greek" by Dr. Catherine Beneteau of the USF Mathematics and Statistics Department.

Our PME chapter organized, together with the USF Student MAA Chapter, fourteen mathematical presentations by students and invited faculty members during our biweekly Math Club meetings. We had free pizza and refreshments at such presentations.
