Activities: We had a tailgating event for our chapter before a TROY football game. Dr. Chris Rogers from Auburn University and a visiting scholar from China gave lectures at our seminar.

Do any of your chapter members plan to attend or present at the PME National Meeting this year? Yes, perhaps one.

Do you have any news about current students or recent graduations? For example, scholarships or other awards, acceptances to graduate school, paper presentations at conferences, etc.
We have 5 current students accepted to graduate school (Clemson University, Florida Atlantic University, North Carolina State University, University of Alabama, University of South Alabama). Another passed the first actuary exam. We had about 10 current students give presentations at our TROY MathFest undergraduate conference (supported by the MAA RUMC grant). One student earned third place in our College of Arts and Sciences Research Showcase in proving certain n-gon congruence criteria.
