Activities: On April 19, the 16 new members were inducted as part of the annual Department of Mathematical Sciences Awards Banquet. Ten current members - and one founding member - were in attendance to present the new members with their honors cords. Several members attended the fall and/or spring conferences of the Seaway Section of the Mathematical Association of America. The following students presented talks: Mary DiCioccio, Kellie Halladay, Sarah Mannion, Dakota Morano, Samantha Nickerson, and Michelle Persaud.

Do any of your chapter members plan to attend or present at the PME National Meeting this year? Yes. Kellie Halladay will present and Chad Berggren and Michelle Persaud plan to attend.

Do you have any news about current students or recent graduations? For example, scholarships or other awards, acceptances to graduate school, paper presentations at conferences, etc.
Marleah Roseman just completed her first year in the Ph.D. program at the University of Buffalo. Tara Hudson is completing her Ph.D. and has accepted a three-year position at the United States Military Academy. Valerie Andryshak and Emily Marsh were awarded scholarships by the Association of Mathematics teachers of New York State.
