Activities: The year's induction, which was remote, took place on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. We were honored to have an invited address given by Simmons University alumna and biostatistician Mandy Wong, M.S., who is Senior Statistical Analyst and Instructor at the Department of Preventive Medicine at the Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine. Her research uses applied statistical methods to understand the effects of the social environment and health behaviors on cardiovascular health. The title of her presentation was "Associations of Neighborhood Food and Physical Activity Environment in Young Adulthood with Cardiovascular Health in Midlife: The Coronary Artery Risk Development in Young Adults (CARDIA) Study."

Current student Megan Willis (B.S., Data Science & Analytics, 2022), who was inducted into Pi Mu Epsilon on March 11, 2021, has been accepted into the Ph.D. program in Biostatistics at Boston University.
