Activities: 1. We had TROY MathFest 2023 undergraduate mathematics conference (supported by a PME conference grant) with over 110 participants from more than 20 colleges/universities from around the southeastern U.S. We had members give presentations, attended invited lecture, participate in a kahoot trivia contest, gave posters, and participated in our 20th annual calculus competition. 2. We had our annual tailgating tent for our members and faculty for the TROY vs. Army football game. We had food and played some outdoor games.

Graduations in 2023: Avie Etheridge, Ashlyn Jackson, Tommy Benjamin
News about current students:
1. Evelynn Campbell passed the actuarial Exam P and has an internship at ALFA Insurance. She was also awarded the George and Murray O'Neal Mathematics Scholarship for 2022.
2. Ashik Kannan gave a presentation at the 100th Annual Meeting of the Alabama Academy of Science on March 9. He also was accepted to a Ph.D. program with a GTA position at the University of Georgia to study physics.
3. Clayton Lang was awarded the George and Murray O'Neal Mathematics Award for 2023.
4. Tommy Benjamin was awarded the Pi Mu Epsilon Excellence in Leadership Award (within our chapter) and the Virgil Collins Mathematics Award (top graduating senior in mathematics).
5. Avie Etheridge was awarded the James O'Neal Mathematics Education Award (top graduating senior in mathematics education).
6. Both Jessica Carlos and Avie Etheridge were awarded a scholarship through the ACTM (Alabama Council of Teachers of Mathematics).

We had our 16th TROY MathFest Undergraduate Conference on April 14-15, 2023.. It was supported by a PME conference grant and by Troy University: We had 29 talks and posters--primarily by undergraduate students. We had an invited speaker, Dr. Audi Byrne of the University of South Alabama, on "Exploring Networks." We had 11 graduate school representatives in a browse session. We had a Kahoot trivia contest. We had our 20th annual Calculus Competition. We had over 20 different universities and colleges represented from around the southeastern U.S. and over 110 participants.
