Activities: The Chapter hosted faculty research talks to introduce students to some undergraduate mathematics research opportunities with math faculty. The Chapter also assisted at our MegaMath Day and YSU MathFest by leading workshops for middle school and high school students.

Do any of your chapter members plan to attend or present at the PME National Meeting this year? We had one student present at the PME National Meeting in January 2025.

Do you have any news about current students or recent graduations? For example, scholarships or other awards, acceptances to graduate school, paper presentations at conferences, etc.
All of our current officers are graduating; three are continuing in MS programs in biomathematics or data science. One has accepted a position as a high school math teacher and another is working as a software engineer.

We were awarded Conference and Prize grants this year. The Prize grant supported our YSU MathFest event and the Conference grant supported our 27th annual YSU PME Undergraduate Mathematics conference.
