Activities: We invited Dave Kung to visit for Pi Day and he gave some really cool talks. In addition, he was inducted into our chapter because he was an undergrad at UW Madison, which has the longest inactive chapter in WI... The students really enjoyed him:)

Do any of your chapter members plan to attend or present at the PME National Meeting this year? Yes. Two at MathFest and some will attend JMM

Do you have any news about current students or recent graduations? For example, scholarships or other awards, acceptances to graduate school, paper presentations at conferences, etc.
Sarah Petersen, after having won a Goldwater, graduating and is attending graduate school at Notre Dame.

If you were awarded a PME Lectureship, Conference, or Prize Grant within the past year, please briefly describe the results.
We were awarded a Prize Grant. We usually give out $500 in prizes to students (7 sophomore awards and 2-3 senior awards). This allowed us to give out $600 students and we recognized an outstanding sophomore!
