Activities: The most unusal chapter activity this year was a Pi Day scavenger hunt designed to be completed either individually or with one other person to allow for required social distancing. The most interesting activity was the student summer research Zoom extraveganza where students completing summer research during 2020 (all virtually) presented their research and participated in a Q&A about the experience.
Do any of your chapter members plan to attend or present at the PME National Meeting this year? No.
Do you have any news about current students or recent graduations? For example, scholarships or other awards, acceptances to graduate school, paper presentations at conferences, etc.
This year's graduating class had five PME members, a large class for us. Two of them presented at the virutal spring Pi Mu Epsilon conference held through the College of St. Benedict and St. John's University. Another graduate is attending graduate school in mathematics starting in the fall where she hopes to pursue her interest in Algebra.
If you were awarded a PME Lectureship, Conference, or Prize Grant within the past year, please briefly describe the results.
