Do any of your chapter members plan to attend or present at the PME National Meeting this year? No

Do you have any news about current students or recent graduations? For example, scholarships or other awards, acceptances to graduate school, paper presentations at conferences, etc.
Several students have been accepted to graduate school both here at Lehman College as well as at other schools in New York City. One student received The Dr. Barnett and Jean Hollander Rich Mathematics Scholarship at CUNY City College for a Master's Degree in Mathematics.

If you were awarded a PME Lectureship, Conference, or Prize Grant within the past year, please briefly describe the results.
We received a Pi Mu Epsilon Lectureship Grant. Councilor Brigitte Servatius hosted the induction ceremony of our reactivated chapter on May 2, 2024. Prof. Servatius gave an inspiring talk and provided us with insight into growing and maintaining our chapter. We are planning another induction ceremony in the Fall of 2024. We also plan to host speakers and events in the Fall in collaboration with the Math Club.
