Activities: Induction of first new members since COVID shutdowns The chapter held a successful “Pi a Professor” fundraiser in April, where students were encouraged to “hit” their professors in the face with a paper plate full of whipped cream for a $5 donation to the chapter.

Do you have any news about current students or recent graduations? For example, scholarships or other awards, acceptances to graduate school, paper presentations at conferences, etc.
Sarlota Svobodova, Langjian Zhu, James Rhodes, Grant Mitchell, Riley Beam have graduated. Jensen Meade and Riley Beam went to a conference in Charleston SCAS for a poster presentation. Jensen won the math award with her poster. Jensen and Riley also presented at the MAA Southeastern conference that was hosted at CCU this year.
