The PME Chapter Dashboard is your all-in-one portal for accessing and managing your chapter’s data. This page will guide you through the dashboard’s features and how to access them.

Dashboard Functionality

The PME Chapter Dashboard offers a range of tools to help you effectively manage your chapter’s operations:

  • Update Chapter Contact Information
    • Keep your chapter’s contact details up-to-date to ensure smooth communication. You can update your mailing address as well as the names and email addresses of your chapter advisor and Permanent Faculty Correspondent
  • Request New Chapter Managers
    • Add new managers who can access and manage your chapter’s dashboard. Only chapter managers will be issued login credentials and only after PME has verified that each chapter manager is employed full-time at the chapter’s institution.
  • Submit New Membership Enrollment Forms
    • Easily enroll new members using the dashboard’s submission tool. See the How-To video below for a demonstration.
  • View Invoices and Track Submitted Enrollment Forms
    • Access and download invoices related to your chapter’s membership enrollment forms that were submitted on the Dashboard. You can also monitor the shipping status, obtain the tracking number, and access your PayPal invoice (if your indicated payment method is PayPal). See the How-To video below for a demonstration.
  • View and Download Membership Directory
    • View, sort, and/or download the complete membership directory for your chapter. Historical records do not contain email addresses, but every enrollment form submitted on the Dashboard will.
